Doctolib is seeking an Assistant Satisfaction Intern to join our team in Nantes starting in July 2026. As a leading digital healthcare platform, Doctolib is dedicated to improving the healthcare experience for both patients and professionals. In this role, you will support the Satisfaction Team in analyzing user feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall user experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring satisfaction metrics, assisting in the development of user surveys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address user concerns effectively.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and possesses strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and a keen interest in user experience are essential. Fluency in French is required, and proficiency in English is a plus.
