Staff Product Manager, Identity Risk Solutions
Checkr is seeking a Staff Product Manager for its Identity Risk Solutions team to develop and manage products that prevent fraud throughout the hiring process. This role involves creating systems that validate identities seamlessly, safeguarding organizations while enhancing the experience for legitimate candidates. The position is available in Denver, Colorado, and San Francisco, California.
In this role, you will own the strategy and roadmap for all Identity Risk Solutions, including dashboard products, APIs, and pre-built partner integrations. Your responsibilities will include conducting market analysis to identify high-impact opportunities, driving cross-functional collaboration across Checkr, building and prioritizing a multi-release feature roadmap, and representing Checkr as a product expert in customer meetings and industry events.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with over 5 years of product management experience in risk, fraud prevention, and identity verification products. Strong expertise in fraud detection frameworks, a deep understanding of recruiting ecosystems, and proven ability to build scalable platforms are essential. The role also requires strong cross-functional leadership and influence, partnering with various teams without direct authority.
