This role is integral to enhancing Webflow's platform, enabling organizations to securely scale their collaborative efforts. In this position, the Staff Product Manager will define and execute the vision and strategy for Webflow's access control, identity, and governance capabilities. The role requires a deep understanding of enterprise security, identity management, and compliance frameworks to effectively serve Webflow's largest and most strategic customers.

Candidates should possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, with a proven track record in delivering exceptional enterprise customer experiences. Fluency in enterprise security and governance, including identity, role-based access control, audit capabilities, and compliance frameworks, is essential. A strong grasp of website and AI technologies, as well as the tools marketing teams use to build and optimize their sites, is also important. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker, comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and proactive in embracing emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. In the United States, base pay ranges from $186,700 to $255,000, depending on the zone and the candidate's experience. In Canada, the range is CAD 232,000 to CAD 278,000. This role is also eligible for Webflow's company-wide bonus program, with payouts based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
