Doctolib is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer with expertise in React Native to join our Patient domain in Paris. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming our mobile application into a comprehensive health companion powered by AI, aimed at helping individuals lead healthier lives. You will collaborate with a team dedicated to enhancing healthcare access and improving patient experiences.

As a Staff Mobile Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include establishing and evolving mobile architecture patterns and technical standards within the patient domain. You will drive technical excellence across mobile development, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices. Additionally, you will contribute to the technical roadmap, guide architectural decisions for the mobile platform, mentor and support mobile engineers in implementing robust, scalable solutions, and lead by example in building features that enhance user experience and app performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, specifically in building high-usage mobile applications, preferably in B2C environments. Deep expertise in React Native and mobile development best practices is essential. A proven track record of establishing technical standards and improving code quality at scale is required. Strong technical leadership abilities and fluency in English are also necessary. Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries, contributions to open-source mobile projects, and proficiency in native iOS or Android development alongside React Native are advantageous.
