Staff Engineer, Third Party Risk Management - Trust

This includes our Third Party Risk Management which simplifies and automates your risk processes, helping you work more efficiently and make informed risk decisions—all from one central platform.

Our Staff Software Engineers identify key strategic initiatives across engineering, deliver significant value to our customers and business, and set the tone for engineering excellence and culture. In this role on the Trust team, you'll work on initiatives with impact across some of the fastest growing areas of business at Vanta, and major impact for our largest customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Staff Engineer, you are expected to lead large-scale, multi-team initiatives from end to end. You will define technical direction and architecture, collaborate with leadership across Engineering, Product, and Design, and mobilize multiple pods of 6–7+ engineers to deliver complex features.
