Staff Engineer Frontend - Paris (x/f/m)

As a Staff Engineer Frontend at Doctolib, you will join the Healthcare Access stream within the Patient Domain, focusing on enhancing the patient journey from discovering practitioners to booking appointments. This role is pivotal in shaping the interfaces and systems used by millions daily, emphasizing web performance, frontend architecture, and user experience to improve healthcare access.

Your primary responsibilities include defining and driving the frontend technical strategy, leading technical discoveries, and architecting complex systems. You'll be hands-on in writing code, leading technical designs, and solving challenging engineering problems. Additionally, you'll champion web performance, ensuring excellence in Core Web Vitals, SEO, and emerging Generative Engine Optimization practices.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience (8+ years) as a Staff or Principal Engineer with a strong frontend specialization. Deep expertise in React and frontend architecture at scale is essential, along with a strong understanding of web performance metrics and search engine visibility. Proficiency in AI-augmented development tools and a user-centric approach are also highly valued.
