Staff Data Analyst
Graphcore, a leading innovator in Artificial Intelligence compute, is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to join their Data & Transformation team in Bristol, UK. This role involves collaborating with business teams to enhance decision-making through process improvements, data analytics, and AI-assisted workflows. The Data & Transformation team focuses on building trusted data foundations and enabling effective access to information, driving cross-functional changes in business processes and systems.
As a Staff Data Analyst, you will lead complex initiatives from discovery and process mapping to implementation and adoption. Your responsibilities include facilitating workshops to understand business objectives, documenting current and future state processes, translating business needs into clear requirements, and delivering hands-on analytics using SQL. You will also work with the Data Enablement Lead and Analytics Engineers to create self-service data experiences and design agentic workflows to automate operational processes.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in data analysis combined with business process improvement, strong SQL skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements. Experience in prototyping AI-assisted workflows, using business intelligence tools to develop analyses and dashboards, and facilitating workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential. A background in implementing agentic workflows in production environments and familiarity with Python for analysis and automation are desirable.
