Staff Brand Designer
Flex is seeking a Staff Brand Designer to lead the implementation of its rebrand across various marketing channels. This role is integral to the Brand Marketing team and collaborates with Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, Social, Product Marketing, and Partnerships. The designer will translate Flex's visual identity into impactful creative assets across paid, owned, and campaign platforms.
Key responsibilities include executing the rebrand across all marketing and owned surfaces to ensure visual consistency and high-quality design. The designer will conceptualize and produce brand-forward creative materials such as paid advertisements, landing pages, lifecycle templates, social content, presentations, partner materials, and campaign assets. Additionally, the role involves developing scalable design systems suitable for digital, web, email, social, and emerging channels, as well as creating high-quality motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling and brand expression.
Candidates should possess 6–10+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or art direction within high-growth consumer brands or agency environments. An exceptional portfolio demonstrating concept development and multidisciplinary expertise across web, paid media, lifecycle/email, social, and campaign systems is essential. Proficiency in modern design and animation tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with a strong visual aesthetic and attention to detail. Experience in FinTech or other regulated industries is considered a plus.
Flex offers a competitive base salary ranging from $148,000 to $185,000 USD for candidates in Tier 1 markets (NYC/SF). For other U.S. locations, compensation is adjusted based on a geographic pay differential aligned with local market conditions.
