Sr. Solutions Engineer
Neo4j is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our regional go-to-market team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales executives to demonstrate the value of our graph data platform and oversee the technical aspects of the sales cycle. Neo4j is a leader in graph database technology, empowering organizations to uncover hidden patterns and relationships within their data.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include articulating the business and technical benefits of Neo4j to customers and prospects, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, and guiding clients through the technology evaluation stages. You will develop and present tailored demonstrations, co-create solution architectures, and provide technical expertise to support sales initiatives. Additionally, you will stay current with Neo4j's capabilities and integrate with third-party tools and services.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of customer-facing experience in roles such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant, preferably in a high-growth environment. Proficiency with relational (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases, and at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C#, is required. Experience with graph databases like Neo4j, TigerGraph, or OrientDB is highly advantageous. A successful track record in designing and implementing data solutions in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or on-premise is also essential.
Neo4j offers a competitive annual on-target earnings range of $200,000 to $265,000 USD. Employees are eligible for stock option grants and may qualify for annual bonuses.
