Sr. Social Strategist
As a Senior Social Strategist at Monks, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies for our diverse range of clients. You will analyze market trends, audience behaviors, and campaign performances to create data-driven strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Your expertise in social media will drive impactful campaigns and help position Monks as a leader in the digital landscape.
Key responsibilities include creating and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that align with client goals, targeting specific audiences across various platforms. You will conduct in-depth research on market trends, social media landscapes, and audience insights to inform campaign strategies and tactics. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and account management, you will ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within an agency setting. Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies based on data and insights is essential. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate results into actionable recommendations, are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and strategies clearly to clients and team members, are also necessary.
