Sr.Service Technician ( 2nd Shift ), Plainview

Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Service Technician for the 2nd shift at our Plainview location. This role is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional service and maintaining the high standards of our luxury electric vehicles. As part of our dedicated service team, you will contribute to enhancing the customer experience and upholding Lucid's commitment to innovation and quality.

In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Lucid vehicles. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing both basic and complex mechanical repairs, conducting electrical and mechanical diagnostics, and ensuring all work is documented accurately. Collaboration with service advisors and managers is essential to provide seamless service to our customers. Additionally, you may be required to support remote and mobile service operations as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, with a background in electric vehicle (EV) or hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) diagnosis and repair. Proficiency in high-voltage and low-voltage systems, as well as electric vehicle powertrains, is crucial. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective customer interactions and team collaboration. Familiarity with software applications such as Microsoft Office and the ability to learn proprietary dealer management systems (DMS) are also required. A valid driver's license with a clean record is mandatory.
