CannonDesign is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring quality delivery, client satisfaction, and financial performance. This role involves mentoring teams in a collaborative environment, integrating a range of design services, and managing processes to achieve solid financial outcomes. The position is based in Baltimore, Maryland, United States.

Key responsibilities include developing and nurturing successful client relationships, leading project teams to establish goals and work plans, and managing design and documentation processes during construction. The Senior Project Manager will also be accountable for risk mitigation, compliance, and implementing CannonDesign's best practices to enhance team productivity and profitability.

Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field, with at least 12 years of experience managing projects with construction budgets over $70 million. Strong project management experience in interior design, planning, furniture, and wayfinding design is essential. Current licensure and LEED certification are preferred. Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam, and other data management software is required.
