Sr. PLM BOM Analyst, Service
The Senior PLM BOM Analyst, Service at Lucid Motors plays a pivotal role within the Service organization, focusing on the continuous enhancement of the Service Bill of Materials (BOM) and managing data throughout the product lifecycle. This position is based at Lucid Motors' headquarters in Newark, CA, and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product structuring and documentation.
Key responsibilities include creating and releasing part numbers in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, managing the release of BOM structures, and initiating engineering change requests to document and communicate changes to previously released parts and BOMs. The analyst will also support engineering application requests, promote best practices in PLM, and ensure data integrity between systems throughout the change cycle.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in automotive engineering or a related industry. A strong understanding of multilevel BOM hierarchy, product release cycles, and experience with PLM applications such as Teamcenter, Catia, Siemens, or Dassault’s 3DX and Enovia environments is essential. Familiarity with ERP systems, documentation platforms like Atlassian’s Jira, and a solid grasp of service supply chain concepts are also required.
Lucid Motors offers a competitive compensation package for this role, with a base salary ranging from $126,100 to $173,360 annually. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and a 401(k) plan. Eligible candidates may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to company policies and individual performance.
