Sr. Partner Onboarding & Success Manager
The Sr. Partner Onboarding & Success Manager at Everlaw is responsible for developing and scaling the partner enablement process, transforming newly signed partners into proficient allies capable of effectively serving their customers. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams, including Business Development, Solutions Architecture, Implementation, and Support, to ensure a seamless and comprehensive partner onboarding experience. The position is based in Oakland, California, with a hybrid work schedule: in-office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote on Tuesday and Friday.
Key responsibilities include managing the entire post-signature partner onboarding journey, building structured readiness tracks tailored to different partner types such as resellers, managed service providers (MSPs), and service providers, and guiding partners through operational transaction steps. The role also involves serving as a trusted advisor to partner teams, tracking onboarding milestones, and identifying recurring operational or technical challenges to improve the broader partner experience.
Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in partner onboarding, technical customer success, implementation coordination, or partner success within B2B technology. Experience in legal technology, litigation support, investigations, or regulated B2B software environments is advantageous. Strong communication skills, cross-functional coordination abilities, and a diagnostic approach to problem-solving are essential.
The expected salary range for this role is between $183,000 and $231,000, with additional incentive pay or commission.
