Sr Manager, Quality Assurance

Storable is seeking a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance to lead the shift-left quality transformation across its engineering organization. This role involves building and operating enterprise-scale testing platforms and enablement programs to enhance automation, reliability, and quality for Storable's multi-tenant SaaS products. The position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, within the Engineering department.

The Senior Manager will lead an engineering team focused on developing shared frameworks, tooling, and infrastructure for functional, integration, performance, and reliability testing. Responsibilities include embedding testing into design, coding, and CI/CD workflows to ensure confident product releases, and driving change management to adopt new practices and tools across diverse teams with varying levels of engineering maturity.

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in software or quality engineering, including at least 4 years leading engineering teams. Proven experience in leading test/platform, SDET, SRE, or DevOps teams in a multi-service SaaS environment is essential. A strong technical background in Python, Java, or Go is required, along with hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, performance testing tools, CI/CD systems, and distributed systems.
