Sr. Manager, Professional Services
Conga is seeking a Senior Manager for Professional Services to lead and develop a high-performing offshore delivery team in Ahmedabad, India. This role involves overseeing the hiring, training, coaching, and retention of team members, ensuring effective collaboration across functions, and driving successful project outcomes using Agile methodologies. The Senior Manager will report to the Regional Vice President of Professional Services and play a pivotal role in enhancing Conga's service delivery capabilities.
Key responsibilities include building and managing an effective offshore Professional Services delivery team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborating with Delivery Teams, Practice Directors, Regional Heads, and customer stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. The Senior Manager will also champion best practices, solicit feedback to create optimal work environments, and invest in team career growth and skill expansion. Additionally, the role involves leading organizational initiatives that raise the delivery bar and proactively identifying opportunities to innovate.
Candidates should have over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in building and managing high-performing teams. Experience coordinating with global and offshore teams, along with full lifecycle enterprise software implementation experience, is essential. Familiarity with Conga products such as CPQ and CLM, or any CRM or SaaS platform, is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in Agile methodologies, are also required.
