The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and has over five years of experience in media planning and strategy within a paid media agency or similar environment. A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making is essential. Excellent organizational skills, proficiency in project management tools, advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are also required. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and possess an analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights.

Monks offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $91,000 CAD for this position.
