Key responsibilities include managing a team of over three colleagues, designing and implementing enterprise-wide leadership and learning programs, and focusing on areas such as management and professional development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training. The role also involves leading digital strategies by leveraging existing e-learning platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to assess learning needs, and serving as the primary contact for HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and Managers. Additionally, the Sr. Manager will oversee the facilitation team to ensure the timely and quality execution of enterprise programs, facilitate global sessions to enhance professional capabilities, and utilize data to inform decision-making.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have over 10 years of experience in leadership development and training or e-learning. A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role, particularly leading remote teams, is required. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Experience in leading cross-functional, matrixed teams, building trusted relationships, and managing multiple tasks with diverse stakeholders is essential.
