Sr Manager, Employee Relations & HR Compliance
Next Insurance is seeking a Senior Manager of Employee Relations & HR Compliance to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations and HR compliance within a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Additionally, you will oversee HR compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices, with a proven track record in managing complex employee relations matters. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively across various teams. Experience in a rapidly growing company is highly desirable.
