Sr. Manager, Commercial Training

The Sr. Manager, Commercial Training at Legend Biotech is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for the Commercial Field Teams. This role involves planning and executing training sessions at regional and national meetings to ensure the sales force is well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.

Key responsibilities include assisting the head of training in creating disease state, product, and competitive market training materials, as well as developing sales skills programs. The Sr. Manager will facilitate training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development, conduct field rides to assess execution effectiveness, and collaborate with district trainers and regional sales management to identify and address training needs.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, with an MBA or RN credentials preferred. A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in biotech or pharmaceutical sales, including at least 3 years in oncology or cell therapy, is required. Additionally, at least 1 year of experience in coaching and training field-based representatives is preferred. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent presentation and facilitation abilities are essential.

This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, with a travel requirement of over 50%.
