The Senior Manager, Business Development at Lucid Motors will be a key member of the Strategy and Business Development team, responsible for driving strategic initiatives and forming partnerships that align with the company's enterprise strategy. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to Lucid's mission of delivering luxury electric vehicles that redefine mobility.

Key responsibilities include executing various strategic initiatives, particularly focusing on business development activities with third parties in line with company priorities. The role involves developing enterprise strategies to identify cross-industry collaborations that foster growth and innovation, prioritizing strategic initiatives, creating timelines and action plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, legal, finance, and operations to ensure successful project completion. Additionally, the position requires cultivating a strong professional network within the automotive and technology industries to actively seek new business partnership opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a high-performing individual with strong business acumen and the ability to execute a wide range of projects. They should have prior deal-making experience with a proven record of successful commercial negotiations, a strong understanding of commercial agreements and legal concepts, and prior experience in reviewing legal documents. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for presenting complex information to various audiences. The candidate should demonstrate an aptitude for driving tasks to completion with minimal guidance while operating effectively in a team environment. A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, corporate development, procurement, or other partnership development roles is required, along with a bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or other relevant fields. Prior experience in automotive, mobility, and related sectors is also necessary.

Lucid Motors offers a competitive compensation package for this position, with a base salary range of $173,300 to $254,100 annually. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and a 401(k) plan. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
