This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with the option to work from various Pathward office locations, including Sioux Falls, SD; Scottsdale, AZ; Louisville, KY; Troy, MI; Franklin, TN; and Easton, PA. As a Sr. Legal Documentation Specialist, you will provide essential legal assistance to attorneys and operations support, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department.

In this position, your key responsibilities will include assisting attorneys with general legal matters, conducting legal reviews of third-party contracts and documents, and managing the Legal Compliance processes to enhance efficiency. You will also be responsible for drafting documents, including customized documents with special terms, negotiating terms of financing documents, and reviewing and approving loan closing packages for funding. Additionally, you will support the Legal and Government, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) technology, processes, and tools, and collaborate with the Finance team on budgetary items and vendor invoices.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with at least 5 years of related experience. The salary range for this position is $28.80 to $48.35 per hour, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for a new hire. Individual pay within this range will be determined by factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
