Sr. Implementations Consultant

The Senior Implementations Consultant at Motive is responsible for leading the deployment of Motive's hardware and software solutions for high-value clients. This role involves managing the onboarding process, defining project success metrics, and ensuring seamless integration of products into client operations. The consultant will collaborate closely with the Enterprise account team to drive initial adoption and provide ongoing training as the client relationship evolves.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining client-specific onboarding programs aligned with product initiatives, tracking and achieving key performance indicators for these programs, and serving as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase. The consultant will oversee project planning, ensure timely completion of client onboarding, monitor client progress to ensure adoption, and conduct virtual or in-person training sessions for new customers.

Candidates should have over four years of experience in a customer-facing B2B role, preferably within trucking, logistics, or fleet management sectors. Essential skills include strong project and account management, problem-solving, business planning, and analytical abilities. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required, along with experience in delivering client-focused solutions and effectively communicating across all organizational levels, including executive and C-level. A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
