Sr. Health Project Planner I
CannonDesign is seeking a Senior Health Project Planner I to lead large, complex health projects, including a 2.0+ million square foot healthcare facility at Mayo Clinic’s campus. This role involves engaging multiple team members, disciplines, leading clients, mentoring staff, and advancing the quality of work.
Key responsibilities include leading internal Subject Matter Expert Teams, publishing or presenting at least once per year, and participating in marketing pursuits totaling $1M-$2M per year in Net Signed Fees. The planner will collaborate with project teams to provide technical expertise in programming and planning, lead user group meetings to collect and refine program needs, and communicate planning concepts to project teams and owners. Additional duties involve developing architectural drawings and specifications, incorporating Integrated Sustainable Design solutions, and maintaining excellent relationships with existing and potential clients.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 12 years of related experience. Experience as a subject matter expert on large, complex health projects is required. Licensure or registration in the United States and LEED accreditation are preferred. Strong business acumen, client-facing abilities, and proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam are essential.
The salary range for this position is $143,400 to $179,200 annually.
