Sr. Growth Marketing Manager
Checkr is seeking a Senior Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to oversee the self-serve funnel for its Truework business. This role involves collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Web Engineering teams to enhance the customer journey from initial website visit to active, retained user. Operating with high autonomy, the position offers significant ownership in driving self-serve revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include optimizing the Truework marketing site through continuous experimentation with messaging, calls-to-action, page structure, and signup flows to improve conversion rates. The role also entails designing and scaling the post-lead journey, encompassing email and in-product messaging strategies, behavioral segmentation, and automated programs to convert signups into paying customers. Additionally, the manager will co-own the self-serve onboarding and activation experience in partnership with Product and Design teams, and develop strategies for organic search and answer engine optimization.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in growth or lifecycle marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS environments with a product-led growth or self-serve model. Proficiency in website conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing and session data analysis, is essential. Strong fundamentals in lifecycle marketing, such as behavioral segmentation and multi-channel journeys, along with a proven track record in improving activation or retention, are required. Experience collaborating directly with Product and Engineering teams on product-led growth strategies and user experience is also important.
Compensation for this role varies by location, with a base salary range of $158,000 to $186,000 in San Francisco, CA, and $133,000 to $157,000 in Denver, CO.
