Sr. Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Voyager Technologies, you will serve as the primary financial partner to the Products portfolio Business Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping the financial performance of a fast-paced portfolio of defense and commercial contracts. This role involves close collaboration with Product Line Vice Presidents, program management, operations, contracts, scheduling, earned value management, and executive leadership to drive business performance, manage program profitability, and ensure accurate, timely financial data for decision-making.

Key responsibilities include acting as the financial lead for assigned programs, directly supporting the Line of Business Manager with daily financial strategy, budgeting, and performance management. You will lead the preparation and analysis of complex Quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC) for Fixed-Price and Cost Reimbursement contracts to ensure accurate revenue and profit recognition. Additionally, you will drive the monthly and annual budgeting process, perform variance analysis, and develop long-range forecasts for the Line of Business.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with over eight years of progressive finance experience, including at least three years in aerospace, defense, or other government contracting environments. A deep understanding of FAR, DFARS, CAS regulations, and various contract types is essential. Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and financial modeling and forecasting tools, such as NetSuite, ForProject, and MS Project, is also required.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $175,000 per year.
