Sr. Field Marketing Manager
The Senior Field Marketing Manager at Checkr will lead the development and execution of field marketing strategies to drive demand generation and brand awareness. This role involves close collaboration with sales, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to create and implement regional marketing programs that align with Checkr's business objectives. The position is based in either Denver, Colorado, or San Francisco, California.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing regional marketing campaigns, organizing events and trade shows, and developing targeted content to engage prospective clients. The Senior Field Marketing Manager will also analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure alignment with sales goals. Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners and stakeholders is essential to enhance Checkr's market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in field marketing within the B2B SaaS industry, with a proven track record of successful demand generation programs. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in marketing automation tools are required. Experience in coordinating with sales teams and managing budgets is also essential.
Checkr offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $162,000 to $190,000 for the Denver location and $191,000 to $225,000 for the San Francisco location.
