Sr Executive/Area Sales Manager

Eurofins is seeking a Sr Executive/Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the genomics sector within the Tamil Nadu and Kerala regions. This role is integral to our mission of providing high-quality analytical testing services across various industries, ensuring product safety and authenticity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets in genomics, focusing on next-generation sequencing, oligonucleotides, and probes. Key duties include developing and managing efficient distribution networks, formulating innovative sales and marketing strategies, and collecting and reporting customer and market feedback. The role also involves analyzing sales data, conducting periodic forecasting, and reporting to zonal heads.

Candidates should possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, preferably complemented by an MBA. A minimum of 2 to 7 years of experience in the genomics business, particularly in next-generation sequencing, is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships are essential.

This position offers a competitive salary aligned with industry standards, with negotiable terms. The role requires extensive travel, approximately 80% per month, to engage with potential and existing customers, present company offerings, and build brand awareness. Working days are Monday through Friday.
