Sr. EHS Specialist, Data Analysis and Management System
Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist focused on Data Analysis and Management Systems to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role reports to the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety for Manufacturing & Retail and is integral to supporting Lucid's expanding operations in the luxury electric vehicle sector.
The Senior EHS Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving EHS Management System elements across all Lucid operations. Key duties include leading projects to ensure conformance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, governing EHS information systems and data integrity, providing technical support to address critical business needs, and integrating EHS systems with existing cloud infrastructure. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with third-party vendors, managing documentation control systems, creating EHS project plans, and developing performance metrics reports and dashboards.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience, or a master's degree with three years of experience, or a PhD with relevant experience. Essential qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, successful delivery of results through influence and cross-functional collaboration, and strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on results.
