Sr. EHS Specialist, Construction Safety

Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist focused on Construction Safety to join our team in Casa Grande, Arizona. This role is integral to developing, implementing, and managing site safety programs, ensuring hazard identification, risk reduction, and injury prevention within our construction and manufacturing environments.

The Senior EHS Specialist will support daily EHS activities and projects, assist in developing and improving EHS Management System elements, review safety documentation from subcontractors, and coordinate safety orientations. Responsibilities include conducting field safety observations, audits, and reporting, as well as developing positive relationships with project management, contractors, and trade workers to ensure compliance with environmental requirements and company policies.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Construction, or a related field, along with a minimum of four years of experience as a Construction EHS professional. Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 standards, incident investigation methodologies, and risk mitigation strategies is essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS software tools.
