Coupang Eats Services is seeking a Senior Director of Program Management to lead its delivery operations in Seoul, South Korea. This role involves overseeing the strategic planning and execution of delivery operations, optimizing processes, managing the supply chain, and enhancing customer experiences. The Senior Director will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to elevate customer experience through process improvements, standardizing and executing delivery operations, and optimizing the rider pool management using vendor and crowd sourcing methods. The role also entails analyzing operations to implement automation and digitalization strategies, making data-driven decisions based on key performance indicators, and leading the recruitment, development, and evaluation of the delivery operations team.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in delivery operations, strategy, or business analysis, with a proven track record of leading large operational teams or enterprise-level projects. They should possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to structure and resolve complex issues, and experience in initiating and improving outputs. Agile leadership, quick decision-making, and effective collaboration with product, tech, business teams, and external partners are essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience in food delivery, ride-hailing, e-commerce supply chain management, or last-mile services. Candidates with a background in leading agile and metric-driven organizations within growing companies, such as startups, are highly regarded.
