Candidates should possess over 15 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing architecture teams. A proven track record in designing and deploying distributed, cloud-native architectures, particularly on AWS, is essential. Experience in building AI-native products and technologies, along with strategic communication skills to gain buy-in for large-scale technical initiatives, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading architectural digital transformations within rapidly growing or unstructured corporate environments and the ability to analyze technology trade-offs through the lens of Total Cost of Ownership and ROI. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
