Sr. Counsel, Corporate and Securities

Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel, Corporate & Securities to join its Legal team in Newark, CA. This role focuses on corporate governance and securities matters, emphasizing public company disclosures and annual proxy statements. The position involves supporting the Board and its Committees, providing business-focused legal advice across the organization, and contributing to Lucid's growth as a public company.

Key responsibilities include leading corporate initiatives, managing the proxy statement process, advising on executive compensation, and supporting capital markets and M&A transactions. The role also involves daily legal support to the Board and its committees, particularly the Compensation Committee, and assisting with internal policies and processes.

Candidates should have over six years of experience in corporate and securities law, including at least three years at a top-tier law firm. In-house experience at a public company is advantageous. A degree from a top-tier law school and membership in a state bar in good standing are required. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
