You will also generate reports on key performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and lead teams of sportsbook professionals effectively. Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the gaming and betting industry, is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, along with perfect time management skills, are essential. Proficiency in English at an advanced level is required. An analytical mindset, goal-oriented approach, and exceptional attention to detail will contribute to success in this role.
