In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including sample registration, order processing, and supporting the logistics department with courier planning, order management, and goods receipt. Additionally, you will organize the filing and archiving of reports, manage the telephone switchboard, handle postal services, and oversee customer reception. Your contributions will ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within the organization.

The ideal candidate possesses a completed commercial apprenticeship or relevant administrative experience. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and teamwork are essential. Proficiency in MS Office applications and, ideally, ERP systems is required. A self-directed and responsible work approach is expected. Excellent German language skills are mandatory, with French or English language skills considered advantageous.
