Specjalista/ka ds. Ofertowania – Laboratoria Środowiskowe

Eurofins is seeking a Specialist in Quotation for Environmental Laboratories to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing commercial offers and supporting the sales department in laboratory services related to environmental protection. Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing a unique range of analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries, ensuring the safety, authenticity, and accurate labeling of products.

Key responsibilities include creating and customizing commercial offers to meet client needs, collaborating with the client database, conducting basic negotiations, and supporting the sales team in daily operational activities. You will utilize the CRM system as the primary operational tool and participate in achieving team goals and ongoing business projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a higher education degree in management, economics, business, environmental protection, or related fields. A minimum B2 level of English proficiency is required. Familiarity with laboratory environments is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, along with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes, is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, and analytical and negotiation skills are considered additional assets. At least one year of professional experience in sales, laboratory work, or the environmental industry is preferred.

We offer stable employment based on an employment contract with a leading company in the industry. Necessary work tools, including a laptop and phone, will be provided.
