Specjalista/ka ds. Fakturowania

Eurofins, a global leader in analytical testing services, is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our team in Katowice. This role is integral to our environmental laboratory operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes that support our commitment to delivering high-quality services to clients worldwide.

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for issuing sales invoices and preparing delivery-acceptance protocols. This includes close collaboration with the Customer Service and Sales Departments, as well as direct communication with external clients. The role also involves entering documents into the accounting system in accordance with established procedures, monitoring accounts receivable from both domestic and international clients, reconciling balances, and managing debt collection activities.

Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in billing or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are required. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are also important. While not mandatory, a communicative level of English (minimum B1) and familiarity with the Symfonia accounting software are advantageous.
