Specimen Processor

Eurofins is seeking a dedicated Specimen Processor to join our team in Fairfield, Ohio. As a global leader in laboratory services, Eurofins provides comprehensive analytical testing across various industries, ensuring the safety and quality of products worldwide. This role is integral to our DNA Diagnostics Center, which specializes in DNA relationship testing for consumers, government agencies, healthcare providers, and legal professionals.

The Specimen Processor is responsible for the accurate intake, processing, and management of DNA testing cases. Key duties include verifying incoming sample packages, ensuring chain of custody, entering client data into the Laboratory Information System, and preparing final reports and affidavits. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to maintain compliance with chain-of-custody requirements and client expectations.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, with one to two years of data entry experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong typing skills, and the ability to prioritize workloads in a high-volume environment are essential. The role also demands strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to handle sensitive client information confidentially.
