Key responsibilities include assembling and organizing project manuals for multiple projects, setting up projects in Specpoint, and collaborating with specification writers to ensure proper formatting and packaging of project manuals. The coordinator communicates deliverable requirements and deadlines to project teams and external consultants, performs quality assurance and quality control reviews on project manuals, and participates in weekly specification group workload meetings. Additional duties involve mentoring Specification Coordinator II's, assisting with master template updates, and effectively managing multiple projects.

Candidates should possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred. A minimum of six years of experience in administrative support is required, with prior work experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, adaptability to fast-paced changes, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam are essential. Knowledge of MasterSpec and experience with e-SPECS or Specpoint are preferred.

The salary range for this position is $55,400 to $69,200 annually, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
