The company specializes in transforming legal departments worldwide with cutting-edge technology, offering solutions from general meeting reports to AI-assisted contract lifecycle management. In this role, the specialist will analyze, qualify, and respond to both functional and technical client inquiries. Responsibilities include ensuring rigorous follow-up, adapting communication strategies internally and with clients, and maintaining high-quality ticket management through regular checks and best practices. The position also involves mastering internal support tools, supporting internal requests related to the company's solutions, and developing deep expertise in the product, business use cases, and security aspects. Additionally, the specialist will participate in functional testing of new features and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Care and Customer Success teams.
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are required, with comfort in client interactions and telephone conversations. A customer-centric mindset, attention to detail, autonomy, and a keen interest in learning new technologies are also important.
