Southeast Regional Lead, Customer Delivery
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Southeast Regional Lead for Customer Delivery to oversee the full customer delivery lifecycle, from initial engagement to workflow development, user adoption, and ongoing growth. This leadership role involves managing a team of Deployment Strategists, Customer Advocates, and Trainers to achieve regional goals and ensure exceptional customer outcomes. The Southeast Regional Lead will be responsible for mastering Peregrine's deployment processes, including data integration, workflow development, and training delivery. Key duties include managing customer engagements to meet project goals, monitoring customer health to identify and address risks, and prioritizing resources to ensure effective training and support. The role also involves building strong customer relationships to drive innovation and growth within the region.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in enterprise software delivery, consulting, or business operations leadership, with at least two years managing customer-facing teams. A proven track record in overseeing customer outcomes, including time to value, adoption, renewal, and expansion metrics, is essential. Technical proficiency to guide data engineering and implementation teams, along with strong communication skills across various audiences, is required. Willingness to travel within the region regularly (approximately 50%) and to work in the New York City office four days per week when not traveling is also necessary.
