Solutions Manager, Supply (Bangkok-based, Relocation Benefits provided)
The Solutions Manager, Supply role at Agoda is a Bangkok-based position within the Tech Partnerships team, focusing on managing and scaling Agoda's Supply Tech Ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring that partners can reliably integrate and operate on Agoda's platform across core supply capabilities such as Availability, Rates, and Inventory (ARI) and content, while also enabling new use cases through the same integration layer. The position sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Supply, and Partners, requiring a hands-on individual who can combine technical depth with execution.
Key responsibilities include owning the technical and operational health of assigned partner integrations, developing a deep understanding of their systems, capabilities, limitations, and data models to drive scalable solutions across Agoda's platform. The role involves using Python scripting, SQL, and data analysis to monitor integration quality, identify recurring issues, quantify business impact, and continuously improve outcomes through data-driven insights. Additionally, the Solutions Manager will design and implement automation, internal tooling, and lightweight proof-of-concept applications to reduce manual work, improve visibility, and validate ideas prior to formal product investment. Collaboration with Product and Engineering teams is essential to provide clear problem definitions, technical context, and validated assumptions for partner-related initiatives. The role also supports Supply and Commercial use cases enabled through partners, ensuring solutions are scalable and operationally sound, and takes end-to-end ownership of initiatives from problem identification through execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data analysis, along with strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. A solid understanding of APIs, authentication methods, and system-to-system integrations is required, as well as experience working with platform partners, integrations, or Channel Manager–like ecosystems. The ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and make informed trade-offs is crucial. Preferred qualifications include experience building lightweight internal tools or web applications, experience with BI or reporting tools, familiarity with hotel distribution concepts such as ARI, rate plans, and inventory, and experience automating workflows using schedulers, cron jobs, or background tasks.
