Solutions Consultant

Pave is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' compensation management needs. As a key player in our organization, you will help bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements, ensuring our clients achieve optimal outcomes.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analyses of client requirements, designing and presenting customized demonstrations of our platform, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. You will also be responsible for managing proof-of-concept engagements, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring seamless integration of our solutions into clients' existing systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical consulting or sales engineering, with experience in SaaS solutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value are crucial. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
