Solutions Consultant

As a Solutions Consultant at Canva, you will collaborate with Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives across the EMEA region to design and implement scalable solutions that help organizations adopt Canva at the enterprise level. This role involves creative problem-solving, workflow design, and delivering engaging demos that showcase Canva's value across various teams, including marketing, communications, education, operations, and creative departments.

Key responsibilities include partnering with sales teams to craft tailored demos and workflow recommendations, leading enterprise discovery to understand complex workflow challenges, and mapping them to compelling Canva solutions. You will also advise on transitioning from legacy tools to Canva, optimize creative production, and navigate EMEA-specific challenges such as multilingual teams and regional content needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-sales, consulting, creative workflows, or enterprise onboarding. Proficiency in visual design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Figma is essential. Strong presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and a passion for helping teams unlock their creativity are also important.
