Solutions Architect (ERP/NetSuite)
Arista Networks is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our Business Applications Team, focusing on implementing major ERP projects, particularly NetSuite, and integrating it with systems like Salesforce, Amber Road, Baxter, and SAP/IBP using Boomi and web services. This role involves significant interaction with internal business stakeholders and requires superior communication and influencing skills, a robust understanding of business processes and systems, and the ability to organize and prioritize end-user issues and requests.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with IT functional and technical teams, as well as business users and stakeholders, to understand business requirements and translate them into application designs within Arista's ERP system landscape. The role also involves demonstrating cross-functional knowledge to ensure optimal system solutions are chosen and delivered utilizing cloud applications and infrastructure where possible. Additionally, the Solutions Architect will lead efforts to define, design, and maintain system solutions, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and confidentiality of data in business applications. Other duties include performing project design reviews, conducting systems testing, leading user acceptance testing, driving the optimization of NetSuite functionalities and processes, and working with management to develop a business applications roadmap prioritizing business requirements and justifying IT investment with cost-benefit analysis.
The ideal candidate will possess a BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, along with over 10 years of experience with ERP Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Accounting systems. A minimum of 6 years of experience in developing workflows with ERP customization platforms is required. Deep functional knowledge of ERP core processes, including Manufacturing, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, and Accounting, is essential. The candidate should have experience in designing and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) strategies to ensure consistency and accuracy across enterprise systems. Proficiency in developing and maintaining ETL workflows using Boomi or any cloud ETL tool to support data integration across ERP and CRM platforms is also necessary. An understanding of SOX compliance requirements in financial systems is important. Certifications in Oracle Technology, Salesforce, and/or Boomi are highly desirable. Experience working in complex environments with multiple business teams, such as Finance and Manufacturing, is a must. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to create clearly defined business requirements documents, technical design documents, and system architecture blueprints, are required.
The new hire base pay for this role ranges from $108,000 to $156,000 across the US. Arista offers different pay ranges based on work location to provide consistent and competitive compensation appropriate to the market. The actual base pay offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and work location. In addition to base pay, certain roles may also be eligible for discretionary Arista bonuses and equity. Employees in Sales roles are eligible to participate in Arista’s Sales Incentive Plan, which pays commissions calculated as a percentage of eligible sales. US-based employees are also entitled to benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, tax savings, and income protection.
