Solution Developer

As a Solution Developer at SAI360, you will be instrumental in designing and enhancing innovative solutions within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain. Utilizing our proprietary platform, you will collaborate with a global team comprising product owners, user experience designers, and fellow solution developers to improve the functionality and effectiveness of our offerings.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing state-of-the-art solutions, participating in the refinement and planning of scrum team tasks, demonstrating solutions to customers and senior leadership, and contributing to the continuous improvement of product development processes. Additionally, you will have opportunities to research new concepts and expand your knowledge of programming languages.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with databases, particularly Oracle, and proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries. A solid understanding of software development is essential, along with familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and XML. The ability to read and understand Java code is advantageous. An analytical mindset, autonomy, results orientation, flexibility, and strong written and verbal communication skills in English are also required.
