Storable is seeking a Software Support Specialist to join our dedicated Support team. In this role, you will provide personalized and enthusiastic support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our suite of products. Storable specializes in integrated management software solutions for the self-storage, marine, and RV & camping industries, empowering property owners and operators to enhance business efficiency and scale their operations effectively.

As a Software Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries via phone and email, classifying incidents based on severity, and utilizing existing resources to resolve issues. You will investigate and resolve complex problems, collaborate with team members to assist in incident resolution, and contribute to updating our Knowledge Base and Communities. Maintaining ownership of customer requests and providing regular updates are key aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business Applications, Computer Science, or a related field, though this is not mandatory. A minimum of two years of product support experience, preferably in a support analyst or technical support position, is preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances. Proficiency in customer service principles, experience with CRM systems, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude are also important.
