Software Support Specialist - ESS
Storable is seeking a Software Support Specialist to join our dedicated Support team, which focuses on delivering exceptional service to clients in the self-storage industry. As a key member of this team, you will provide personalized and enthusiastic support across our suite of products, helping clients navigate and maximize their use of our solutions.
In this role, you will primarily handle client inquiries via phone, registering incidents in our CRM system and managing a small number of email cases daily. Responsibilities include utilizing existing knowledge bases to resolve issues, investigating and resolving complex incidents, collaborating with team members, and contributing to our knowledge base and community resources. Maintaining ownership of client requests and ensuring service level standards are met are also key aspects of the position.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of product support experience, preferably in a customer support or technical support role. Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances. Proficiency in CRM systems, familiarity with G Suite applications, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude are also important. A bachelor's degree in Business Applications, Computer Science, or a related field is desired but not required.
