Software Enablement Specialist
The Software Enablement Specialist at CoreWeave plays a pivotal role in supporting the SaaS Sales team and the broader Revenue organization. This position focuses on executing, coordinating, and continuously improving onboarding, training, and sales readiness initiatives to ensure that sales teams are well-equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end execution of new hire onboarding programs for SaaS Sales roles, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining the enablement content library. The specialist will also collaborate closely with Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, and Product Marketing to enhance onboarding processes, product knowledge, and sales methodologies. Additionally, the role involves tracking key enablement metrics and supporting reporting and analysis to assess program effectiveness.
Candidates should have experience in sales enablement, SaaS sales, sales development, or program/project coordination. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A solid understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle and proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace and CRM platforms like Salesforce are also required.
The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
