The position is based in Madrid, Spain, within the Secret Media Network team, a digital media group dedicated to recommending plans, discovering places, and sharing things to do in various cities worldwide.
Key responsibilities include designing and executing strategies aimed at new follower acquisition and organic reach expansion across all channels. The manager will optimize content structure, formats, and metadata to maximize visibility on platforms such as TikTok Search, Instagram Explore, YouTube Search, and LinkedIn. Additionally, the role involves leading the content adaptation framework to ensure each asset performs optimally according to specific platform algorithms, maintaining continuous improvement based on real-time shifts in social platform search engines, and developing multi-platform organic distribution and amplification strategies.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in social media strategy, growth, or audience development, with a proven record of growing audiences from scratch or scaling existing communities through social search tactics and recommendation algorithms. Professional English proficiency (C1 level) is required, along with advanced experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, and social listening tools. A strategic profile with high execution capacity and a data-driven mindset is essential.
